What should I get my friend for her birthday? She's turning 13?

I am trying to go candy themed, I was gonna give her flavored lipgloss and a giant lollipop, But I need one bigger thing.
Don't say those prepaid giftcards or credit cards. i'm trying to be unique. She loves raccoons and leeches (stuffed animals) But she already has a billion raccoon stuffed animals. So I don't know what to get her I have about a 30 dollar budget.
Help?
Also- She has makeup and stuff like that already so none of that. Something unique!

You could give her something like one of those mini-gumball machines. Or you can give her a Cotton Candy Machine, something like that. Or a book on how to make candy.
