Can you send an anonymous gift from Popcorn Factory?

I want to send a surprise package to a friend from the Popcorn Factory for his birthday, but I don't want him to know who it's from. In the message, I was just going to write "Happy Birthday!" and then leave the "from" part blank. I do have to give my name and credit card info though in order to place the order, but will that show up anywhere when it's shipped? Obviously not the credit card info, but will it show my name because I had to put it in for "billing info"?

While I've not dealt with TPF myself, I have had a similar situation with the Carolina Cookie Company, and they were just SO sweet and helpful, and everything worked out great! (The cookies were TERRIFIC too!)
